INVITING ALL MEN AND WOMEN who have been victimized by JUDGE MAREN E. NELSON, LOS ANGELES SUPERIOR COURT, DEPARTMENT 60 to post their experiences with this JUDGE in an attempt to have RECALL vote held.
You no longer have to be a victim of this Judge's tyrannical bias, prejudices or contempt.
I HAVE AN INTERESTING STORY OF HOW MAREN NELSON DEFRAUDED THE FEDERAL COURT, AND MYSELF, IN 1994. AS YOU KNOW, THERE IS NO TIME LIMIT ON AN ATTORNEY COMMITTING FRAUD UPON THE COURT. THIS ILLEGAL CONDUCT WAS PROVEN BY ME BEING AWARDED OVER $2 MILLION IN A CASE AGAINST HER CLIENT MERRILL LYNCH. ALTHOUGH, THE FRAUD UPON THE COURT IS STILL OCCURRING BASED ON AN UNLAWFUL PRE-FILING ORDER PLACED ON ME BACK IN 1994 (THAT MY CASE AGAINST MERRILL LYNCH IS MERITLESS AND FRIVOLOUS), OF WHICH I HAD JUDGMENT ON THEM (SIX MONTHS AFTER THE UNLAWFUL ORDER, AND FRAUD UPON THE COURT BY MAREN NELSON) OF OVER $2 MILLION. BASED ON THE UNLAWFUL PRE-FILING ORDER (IN FEDERAL AND STATE COURT, BASED ON MAREN E. NELSON'S FRAUD UPON THE COURT), LAWYERS (AND OTHERS) WERE ABLE TO RECEIVE JUDGMENTS AGAINST ME BY VIOLATING MY DUE PROCESS RIGHTS, BASED ON THE PRE-FILING ORDER.

What a horrible woman this judge is. Her appearance and her persona are just reflections of her character. I felt that she treated my case with bias and prejudice, and until I searched her name on line, I thought I was alone. I suffered under her tyranny just yesterday and am still reeling from the impact. Can she really just create her own law, and then to impose that law upon others? I would love to see a successful recall. What can be done?

It has been two years since I have seen my child for telling the truth.
I posted two comments on gavelbangers regarding Maren E Nelson's involvement in my son's international kidnapping and current disappearance. She violated the international treaty of The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International child abduction and used the treaty to cover up the international kidnapping orders that Judge Tamara E Hall made to kidnap both my then 3 year old son and I from Canada on June 5th 2015. Nelson abused her authority and committed fraud on the court on July 12, 2016 by openly violating the law and openly showing her bias and complete disregard of the law and her duties to uphold the law, in front of an assistant DA from the LA Child Abduction special prosecution Section. Nelson is guilty of international kidnapping and conspiracy and I can prove it. I hope that Nelson is being investigated by a federal grand jury, and if not yet, very soon, for international kidnapping charges, for openly mocking the international treaty in my case, and many others. I'm ready to go public with my story, I have contacted the LA Times and will participate in an independent documentary series about judges that kidnap children, so judges like Hall and Nelson are finally exposed for kidnapping children. Its time the public is aware of these violent crimes against children and victim parents. These judges kidnap children from parents within their jurisdiction and outside of their jurisdiction in other countries, by falsely accusing them of crimes to facilitate these kidnapping.. and many of these kidnappings result in international kidnappings from california to foreign countries, or foreign countries to California. Many of the kidnappings are children from other states in the usa, to or from California.. in every case, these judges are guilty of conspiracy against rights, deprivation of rights under color of law resulting in kidnapping.
